Located in Pera Melana, between Tyros and Leonidio and a short distance from the sea, Dio Escapes Signature Houses is a collection of independent residences designed with attention to aesthetics, functionality, and the overall quality of the stay. Built within an olive grove on a steeply sloping site, the houses offer uninterrupted, captivating sea views—an element that defines every residence and forms an essential part of the experience.
Close proximity to Tyros, a traditional seaside settlement with a long history and strong cultural identity, allows easy access to beaches, the harbor, local life, and everyday needs. At the same time, Leonidio—the capital of Tsakonia—is a short drive away, offering additional options for routes, activities, and cultural interest. The area preserves Tsakonian tradition, including the unique Tsakonian dialect, still spoken and taught today.
